Your décor belongs to you. While you remain enrolled, we coordinate each seasonal change and keep your collection in climate-controlled storage during the active annual term.
A simpler investment after year one
Your first year
Your first year builds four seasonal décor collections that belong to you. Choose the package level that makes sense for each season, and we’ll coordinate the entire year of installations, transitions, transportation, removal, and storage.
When all four seasons are planned together, your initial annual package pricing is 5% lower than booking each season separately.
Future years
Because you already own your seasonal décor, future years focus primarily on the services required to prepare, install, transition, transport, remove, and store your collections.
Renewal pricing reflects your selected packages and current service rates. Maintenance, replacements, refreshed décor, upgrades, and add-ons are handled separately as needed.

Can I mix package levels?
Yes. Choose Basic, Classic, Signature or Grand independently for every season.
Do I own the décor?
Yes. Every seasonal package you purchase belongs to you.
Is storage included?
Climate-controlled storage is included while actively enrolled, for up to 365 days per seasonal collection without renewal or another written arrangement.
Are repairs and replacements included?
No. Maintenance, repairs and replacements are charged separately and discussed with you before purchase.
